Our core believes

I used to feel constantly guilty - calculating what I should or shouldn’t eat based on the steps I did and whether I did or didn’t work out.

It was tiresome, futile and unproductive and I did not want to live this way anymore.

I started wondering why we associate exercising and working out with weight loss? To the point the two become synonymes. Working out must be for weight loss reasons when in fact you can be active and overweight, just as much as you can be slim while in a very bad shape.

The change happened gradually, but eventually I stopped associating the two and started moving free from the constant bookkeeping. I started going for walks because I enjoyed it and kicked off my day with yoga because it was fun.

Now, I want to move in classes that are tailored to my body type, take me into account and provide me a safe space to move the way I want to, ask questions, and watch how people with a similar body type perform those same movements I struggle with.

I was not able to find it, so I am creating it and you are welcome to join me!
